How does Rezz work?Rezz lets you send real products as gifts - digitally - without needing the recipient’s address. Simply select 'It's a gift - send it digitally' on the cart page, and share the gift link with your recipient after checkout. They choose what happens next: Get it delivered or convert to store credit, to be used online or in store..
Can the sender see if the receiver choose to deliver or convert to store credit?No. The sender is not notified of your choice.
Do I need the recipient’s address to send a gift?No. When purchasing, you select the recipient’s country or region. Rezz calculates the delivery cost upfront. The recipient enters their exact address if they choose physical delivery.
Can I send a gift to someone in another country?Yes — as long as the store delivers to that location. If delivery isn’t available for their region, the recipient can convert the gift into store credit instead.
After buying the gift, can I open the gift link?Yes. You can open it to preview the experience. Just don’t request delivery or convert it — those actions are meant for the recipient.
Can I resend the gift link?Yes. You can resend the gift link anytime after checking out.Receiving a gift
What happens when the recipient opens the gift link?They’ll see an interactive wrapping animation and your message. Then, they choose to:- Get it delivered, or- Convert to store credit
How much time does the recipient have to decide?The item is reserved for a limited time set by the store (between 3–10 days).Once the reservation expires, the delivery option will no longer available — but the gift can still be converted to store credit.
What if I live in a different region than the one selected by the sender?You can convert the gift into store credit. That credit includes the full product value + the delivery cost paid by the sender.You can then shop again and choose delivery to your preferred region at checkout.
Can the recipient exchange the item after delivery?Returns and exchanges are made directly with the store and follow their standard policies, just like any regular order.

Does the credit expire?Yes. Unused store credits expire according to the store’s policy (up to 12 months). You’ll receive a reminder before expiration.
